First Steps to Big Dreams is a small, family-owned micro childcare program built on love, trust, and intentional care. Madeline and Marvin Mack. We are dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
As parents ourselves, we understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your child. That shared experience shapes everything we do. We know firsthand the value of a place that feels like a second home, where children feel loved, supported, and truly known. At First Steps to Big Dreams, children are treated as members of our extended family and are given the individual care they need to flourish.
We work together as a family: we bring intention, balance, and consistency into our program. Through small group settings, meaningful relationships, and hands-on learning experiences, we focus on each child's individual growth while encouraging curiosity, confidence, and connection.
